Lauren Napuck

Lauren Wilson is the Business Development Manager at Climate Action Reserve. Prior to their current position, they served as a Senior Associate, Development at CDP, Corporate and Foundation Relations Associate at Fountain House, Institutional Relations Coordinator at Rainforest Alliance, and Development Intern at Food & Water Watch.

Lauren has led the creation and execution of a new corporate revenue stream and prepared and submitted all necessary grant-related deliverables including letters of inquiry, proposals, and financial and narrative reports. Lauren has also implemented a grants management system for all donor-funded projects to ensure tracking and execution of all steps in the grant process, from grant commitment through to final reporting.

Lauren’s experience in the corporate, foundation, and nonprofit sector gives their a unique perspective on how to create impactful change. Her passion for environmental sustainability drives their work to create a more just and sustainable world.

Lauren Wilson has a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Science and Policy from the University of Maryland. Her minor is in Sustainability Studies.
