Senior Advisor at Climate Alpha

Greg Lindsay has a diverse range of work experience in various roles and industries. Greg started their career in 2009 as a Public Speaker for Speakers' Spotlight, where they shared insights on the future of cities, mobility, AI, and other topics with audiences worldwide. In 2010, they became a Visiting Scholar at New York University's Rudin Center for Transportation Policy and Management, where they contributed to a report on the future of connected transportation. In 2015, Lindsay joined the Atlantic Council as a Non-Resident Senior Fellow, focusing on applying foresight to strategy. In 2017, they took on the role of Director of Strategy at CoMotion Global, organizing and programming events and exploring the future of urban mobility. At the same time, they also served as an Urbanist-in-Residence at URBAN-X. In 2018, Lindsay became a Partner at FutureMap, a geo-strategic advisory firm, specializing in data-driven scenario planning. In 2019, they joined NewCities as the Director of Applied Research and later became a Senior Fellow for Applied Research and Foresight. In 2020, Lindsay became a Senior Fellow at the MIT School of Architecture and Planning Future Urban Collectives Lab, exploring new forms of architecture for collaboration and solidarity. In 2022, they became a Senior Advisor at Climate Alpha, an AI-powered analytics platform for real estate and a year later, an Urban Tech Fellow at Cornell Tech, leading the initiative "The Metaverse Metropolis."

Greg Lindsay attended the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign from 1995 to 1999, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Journalism.
