Anna-Maria Spyriouni

Anna-Maria joined Climate Bonds Initiative as EU Outreach Manager in November 2021. Prior to that she has been advising three London Mayors on EU environment, climate, and transport legislation and was representing the Greater London Authority Group to the EU Institutions for fifteen years.

At CBI, her primary focus is to enable the organization’s political and regulatory engagement strategy with EU officials, Members of the European Parliament, and other key stakeholders, while ensuring the CBI’s policy proposals supporting the growth of the green bond market are endorsed at EU and Member State level.

Anna-Maria is based in Brussels and has an MSc in Cities from the London School of Economics, and an MA in Management from the Solvay Business School.
