Josh Harris

Josh Harris currently serves as Co-Chief Executive Officer and Manager of Australian Projects at Climate Friendly, focusing on project origination under the Carbon Farming Initiative since 2013. Previously, Josh held the position of Policy Advisor to the Minister for the Environment, where responsibilities included advising on state budget rounds, legislation, and environmental approvals from 2010 to 2012. From 2007 to 2009, Josh was the Head of Carbon Markets for The Climate Group, developing the organization's carbon market program in China and overseeing the carbon footprint assessment for Buckingham Palace. Josh began a career in policy as a Policy Officer at the Australian Greenhouse Office from 2003 to 2006. Josh holds a degree in Economics with Honours from Murdoch University, obtained between 1998 and 2002.
