Elisa von Fritsch

Elisa von Fritsch is an experienced project manager and sustainability analyst with a strong background in coordinating programs and projects across various sectors. In the current role at Climate-KIC, Elisa focuses on structuring startup acceleration programs and developing content for training, with notable achievements including the organization of 11 Climathons and approval of a significant EU funding proposal. Previously, Elisa successfully implemented ISO 14001 certification at Forest Paper and engaged in environmental sustainability projects while training staff on sustainability practices. Elisa’s earlier experience at the Center for Child Well-being and Development involved project management in Malawi, facilitating connections with international researchers and contributing to award-winning fundraising content. Educational credentials include a Bachelor's degree in Public Administration with a minor in International Relations from FGV and an exchange program at the University of St. Gallen.
