At Festival Republic, Laura worked as a Sustainability Manager, devising strategic plans to minimize the environmental impact of major music festivals. Additionally, Laura's career includes roles in marketing and event coordination, alongside owning a rural cottage business. Laura holds a degree in Tourism Management and Economics from Universidad de Valladolid and a NEBOSH Diploma in Environmental Management from RRC International.
