Maddie Horne

Maddie Horne is an experienced professional in people and culture, currently serving as Senior Manager at Climate Pledge Arena since October 2022, where responsibilities include managing employee benefits and perks for a leading sustainable arena. Prior to this role, Maddie worked at ASSURANCE IQ as Program Manager for Onboarding Operations, successfully onboarding over 1,600 employees in 2021, and previously held positions in onboarding and employee experience. At Snap! Raise, significant contributions were made in recruitment, notably hiring athletes' sales professionals across 20 states, receiving recognition as "Employee of the Year" in 2017.
