Mustika Katon

Mustika Katon has a diverse work experience in the hospitality industry. Starting in 1994, they worked for Holland America Line in various roles, including Executive Housekeeper and Assistant Executive Housekeeper. They also served as a Housekeeping Instructor, providing training on housekeeping procedures and protocols. In 2014, Mustika joined Hilton as an Assistant Housekeeping Manager before moving to Hilton Garden Inn as the Director of Housekeeping in 2015. From 2018 to 2021, they worked for InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG®) as the Director of Facilities & Housekeeping for Staybridge Suites and EVEN Hotel. They are currently working as the Director of Housekeeping and Sanitizations Arena Operations at Climate Pledge Arena.

Mustika Katon attended AMTA Hotel Management School from 1991 to 1994, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Housekeeping and Room Management.
