Oluwaseun Oguntuase

Oluwaseun Oguntuase, PhD, has extensive experience in operations and compliance at Zenith Bank Plc since May 2005, showcasing leadership in service delivery, risk management, and stakeholder engagement. The role emphasizes managing teams for high performance and continuous improvement while balancing compliance and customer satisfaction. Prior positions include banking officer and operation supervisor, focusing on developing customer relationships and enhancing operational efficiency. Currently serving as a grantee with the Climate Social Science Network on research regarding Corporate Elites and Climate Change Delayism in Africa, and previously contributed to the Observer Research Foundation as a contributor and reviewer.
