Roy Palella

Roy Palella has over three decades of experience in energy services and building automation. Currently serving as Operations Manager at Climatec, LLC since January 2003, Roy leads an operations team focused on engineering, installation, and programming of building management systems. Previously, Roy held the position of Project Manager at JB Rodger / Kinetics from January 1996 to December 2002, managing large mechanical energy retrofit projects across the western United States. Earlier in their career, Roy worked as a System Specialist at Honeywell Building Automation Systems from June 1989 to December 1996, where responsibilities included programming and engineering for fire and HVAC projects.
