Kaelin Hickford

Kaelin Hickford, MSc, has a diverse work experience, starting from their current position as the Chief Operating Officer at ClimateDoor and Director of Community Growth at Unify Partners, both beginning in 2023. Prior to these roles, Kaelin worked as a Product Manager at Skylight from September 2022 to June 2023, and at MakerSights from April 2022 to August 2022. Before transitioning into product management, Kaelin held positions at lululemon, where they worked as a Product Manager from September 2020 to April 2022, and as an Analyst from March 2020 to September 2020. Kaelin's career also includes their role as a Linguistic Research Assistant at The University of British Columbia's REST Lab, which they held from August 2017 to February 2020.

Kaelin Hickford holds a Master's Degree (Distinction) in Political Science, Economics, and Public Policy from The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE). They also have a Bachelor's Degree in Honours Political Science from The University of British Columbia.
