Sophie Duncan

Sophie Duncan is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in environmental stewardship and community engagement. Currently serving as the Startup Engagement Manager at ClimateHaven, Sophie develops programs and workshops to foster connections within the startup community. Previously, as the Equitable Stewardship Manager for The Nature Conservancy, Sophie led strategic planning initiatives for equitable access to nature and established robust partnerships for community outreach. Sophie's background includes roles as Land Steward at The University of British Columbia, Land Management Intern at the Chicago Botanic Garden, and various research and teaching assistant positions at Brown University. Sophie holds a Master of Science in Geography from The University of British Columbia and dual Bachelor of Arts degrees in Environmental Studies and Classics from Brown University.
