Finja Butteron has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and companies. Finja started their career as an Intern at Deutsche Bank in 2015, followed by an Internship at Accenture in 2016. In 2017, they worked as a Fellow Intern at Digital McKinsey at McKinsey & Company.
From 2019 to 2022, Finja worked at Celonis, where they held multiple roles. Finja started as a Global Business Development - Digital Consulting Manager, collaborating with top-tier consultancies and auditors worldwide. Finja then transitioned to the role of Team Lead - Digital Consulting Business Development in 2020. Later, they became the Sustainability Lead - Partner Ecosystem, where they focused on building a partner ecosystem for the application of the Celonis EMS for sustainability use cases.
Currently, Finja is working at Climatiq as the GTM Lead, a position they have held since September 2022.
Finja Butteron completed their Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Informatik from Technische Hochschule Mittelhessen from 2012 to 2015. Afterward, they pursued a Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Wirtschaftsinformatik at the Technical University of Munich from 2016 to 2019. In 2014, they also attended UCL as a visiting student for Computer Science studies. Additionally, they had the opportunity to be a visiting student at Carnegie Mellon University - Heinz College of Information Systems and Public Policy in 2017, focusing on Information Systems. In terms of certifications, they obtained the ITIL v3 Foundation certification from AXELOS Global Best Practice in March 2015. Finja was also recognized as part of the Dean's List - best.in.tum by Technische Universität München in 2017. Moreover, Finja received a stipend from Studienstiftung des deutschen Volkes in 2013.
