Erica Ramer

Erica Ramer has extensive experience in the manufacturing and machining industry, currently serving as an Assembler II at CLIMAX Portable Machining & Welding Systems since March 2023. Prior to this role, Erica worked as an Automation Technician at Shields Manufacturing Inc. from July 2017 to January 2023 and as the Machining Division Assembly and Finishing Lead at Ascentec Engineering, LLC from December 2007 to July 2017. Erica holds a certification from the Motorcycle and Marine Mechanics Institute, specializing in Harley Davidson, which was earned from September 2002 to December 2003.
