Herman Walter

Herman Walter, PMP, currently serves as a Senior Project Manager at Specialized Fabrication Equipment (S.F.E.) Group since September 2023, following a tenure at CLIMAX Portable Machining & Welding Systems where responsibilities included leading projects for portable machining systems and achieving significant revenue milestones. Prior to that, from June 1982 to November 2019, Herman held multiple positions at TE Connectivity, including Senior Principal Project Manager, where notable achievements encompassed insourcing medical heat shrink products and redefining corporate project management processes. With volunteer leadership roles in the Project Management Institute and significant experience in project management methodologies, including Six Sigma, Herman has proven expertise in engineering, process development, and resource management. An alumnus of Penn State University, Herman holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering.
