In 2009, they were a Stagiaire in the Transaction Advisory Services department at Ernst & Young. In 2010, they were an Analyste M&A - Holding at TOTAL S.A. In 2011, they were an Oil & Gas analyst at Standard Bank. In 2012, they were a Senior consultant - Transaction Advisory Services at Ernst & Young. From 2015 to 2021, they were a Directeur d'investissement at 123 Investment Managers. In 2021, they became the Co-Founder & CEO of Climbing District, a new climbing bloc in the Batignolles/Cardinet area of Paris.

Antoine Paulhac began their education in 2005, when they attended Lycée du Parc and earned a Classe préparatoire aux grandes écoles in Economique et Commerciale voie Scientifique.
