Maxim Willemse

Maxim Willemse has a diverse work experience. Maxim currently serves as Lead Engineer at Climeworks since September 2022. Prior to that, they worked as Operations Director at CleanDye from February 2019 to August 2022. Maxim also held the position of Senior Process Engineer at DyeCoo Textile Systems B.V. from September 2014 to February 2019. As a Consultant at CGI, they worked from October 2013 to July 2014. Maxim started their career as a Process Engineer at ASM from October 2011 to April 2013. Maxim also served as a Private First Class in the Korps Nationale Reserve (Army Reserve) from November 2008 to November 2012. Before that, they worked as an Employee at SHDH De Rijp from November 2003 to September 2011. Maxim gained research experience as a Research Intern at NIKHEF from February 2010 to June 2011 and at CERN in June 2009.

Maxim Willemse completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Physics and Astronomy from the University of Amsterdam from 2005 to 2009. Maxim then pursued further education and obtained a Master of Science degree in Elementary Particle Physics from the same university between 2009 and 2011.
