DE Navarro has over 20 years of experience as a freelance contractor in writing and editing in various areas including corporate, technical, governmental, and regulatory. They have worked as a Clinical Research Medical Writer & Copy Editor at Clinical Outcomes Solutions as well as a contractor at Siemens, Southern California Edison, and Citi as a compliance analyst and tech editor/writer. In addition, they have served in financial operations management and services at Alabama One Credit Union and as a CEO/CFO manager and treasurer at The Way Credit Union. Navarro has also worked as an editor at GOBankingRates and was a financial services consultant at Schools Federal Credit Union. Navarro has edited seven full-length published books/novels, ghost-written two full-length books for clients, and numerous articles and poetry published while serving as Chief Editor/Publisher at NavWorks Press.
DE Navarro has earned multiple degrees and certifications throughout their educational journey. DE started by attending Purdue University in 1980 to 1982, where they majored in English Teaching. In 1984 to 1987, they attended the Community College of the Air Force, earning an Associate of Science in Communications. Later, in 1990 to 1992, DE Navarro attended Rollins College, where they studied Accounting and Business Management. DE then attended The Way College of Biblical Research from 1992 to 1995, where they earned an Associate of Arts in Theology. In 2018 to 2019, they attended Purdue Global, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Interdisciplinary Studies with a concentration in Arts and Humanities.
In addition to their degrees, DE Navarro also obtained several certifications. DE earned the Chancellor's List for the January 2019 and November 2018 terms from Purdue University Global. DE also obtained the Group 7 - GCP certification from the CITI Program in June 2022.
