Young Kwon

Young Kwon began their work experience as an Institutional Markets/Pension Administrator at Executive Life Insurance Company/Aurora National Life in 1990 and continued in that role until 1999. From 1999 to 2002, they owned the Law offices of Young Kwon. In 2002, they joined Forever 21, Inc. as Vice President and General Counsel, where they worked until 2015. In 2016, they became the Chief Legal Officer and Head of Human Resources at Clinicas de Salud del Pueblo, later transitioning to their role as Executive Vice President, Chief Legal & HR Officer in 2019.

Young Kwon completed a Bachelor's degree in Political Science at the University of Southern California. Following this, they pursued a Doctor of Law (J.D.) degree at Whittier Law School.
