Marieke Lustenhouwer

Marieke Lustenhouwer is a versatile professional with extensive experience in performance arts, writing, and social work. Currently serving as a voiceover artist and writer at De stem van Marieke since January 2023, Marieke has also worked independently as a performer, writer, and speaker since July 2018. With a strong background in clowning, Marieke has been involved with CliniClowns since March 2011, and previously contributed to a touring theatrical performance for children with disabilities at Circus Boemtata in 2012. Marieke's foundation in the arts began with Theater Van Wanten from 2010 to 2014, where collaborative productions were performed in schools nationwide. Educational qualifications include a BA in Social Work from HU University of Applied Sciences Utrecht (2011) and studies in Theater, Film, and Television Science at Utrecht University (2003). Marieke's diverse skill set reflects a commitment to both the arts and social wellbeing.
