Severine Reboullet

Severine Reboullet is an accomplished human resources professional with extensive experience in strategic HR management, training, and diversity initiatives. Currently serving as Directrice des ressources humaines at Clinique du Val d'Ouest since November 2022, Severine previously held roles including Responsable des ressources humaines at Dynaren Assistance and various HR leadership positions at Ayming. With a strong focus on implementing HR policies, promoting employee development, and supporting organizational transformation, Severine has also contributed to the Groupe Casino, developing training strategies and managing health and safety initiatives. Severine's background includes roles in diversity policy, as well as academic experience as a formative educator. Severine holds two Master’s degrees, one in Human Resources from the Conservatoire National des Arts et Métiers and another in Public Law from Université Jean Moulin.
