Mike Cinalli

Mike Cinalli has a diverse work experience in the software development field. Mike started their career at Raytheon as an intern/contractor in 2008.

In 2009, Mike joined Clinisys as a Support Analyst and worked until 2011. After that, they became an Associate Software Engineer at the same company, holding the position from June 2011 to March 2012. Mike then progressed to become a Software Engineer and worked until July 2014.

From April 2018 to August 2019, Mike held the role of Associate Principal Software Engineer at Clinisys. During this time, they played multiple roles including tester, requirements engineer, scrum master, lead engineer, and build master for a small development team. Mike also mentored new hires and interns, conducted interviews, and represented the Laboratory product within the company.

Following that, Mike became a Product Development Manager in August 2019, responsible for managing the development of new products. Mike later advanced to the position of Senior Product Development Manager, which they still hold as of June 2023.

Mike Cinalli attended the University of Arizona from 2005 to 2009, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Computer Science. In addition to their formal education, they also obtained a CSM certification from the Scrum Alliance in November 2014.
