Ashley Freeman

Ashley Freeman began her career at Centra Health as an Associate Mental Health Professional II before moving on to the Virginia Department of Health as a Breastfeeding Peer Counselor and IBCLC. She then transitioned to HumanKind as a Therapeutic Foster Care Case Manager. Ashley later worked at Allyon, Inc. in various roles such as Healthcare Recruiter, Account Manager, and Recruiting Manager. Currently, at Clinity Talent, she serves as the Vice President of Recruiting, specializing in social work, mental health, human services, and healthcare. Ashley graduated from Radford University in 2011 with a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice and Psychology.
