Robert Palermo

Robert Palermo is the Founder & CEO of Clinity Talent since December 2022, which was formed by combining Clinical x Infinity. Prior to this, Robert worked as a Division Director at Beacon Hill Staffing Group, where he launched a Nationwide Healthcare Division recruiting professionals across all levels and states. He also has experience as a Senior Managing Director at ES Healthcare, a division of The Execu|Search Group, where he led the Healthcare Therapy Division and achieved significant business growth. Robert started his career at Staffing Services Inc as a Recruiting Specialist and has also worked as a Contract Human Resources Assistant at Otsuka Pharmaceutical Companies (U.S.) and a Recruiter at Rightech. Robert holds a Bachelor's degree with a double major in Human Resources & Psychology from Rutgers University.
