Jane Sanderson

Jane Sanderson is the Director of Operations at Clink. Jane has over 20 years of experience in the hospitality industry, with a focus on restaurant management.

Jane began their career in 1995 as an Operations Manager at High Table Limited. Jane then moved to Conran Restaurants, where they served as General Manager from 1997 to 1998. In 1999, Jane joined Goldman Sachs as an Executive Director, and they remained with the company for nine years.

In 2008, Jane left Goldman Sachs to pursue a career in catering. Jane became the Managing Director of Hospitality for Life and then the Project Manager at Monteray Limited. After a brief stint at Sutcliffe Catering at the British Library, Jane returned to The Clink Restaurant, first as an operations manager and then as the Director of Operations.

Jane has been with Clink since September 2009 and has been instrumental in the company's growth and success. Jane is a passionate advocate for the hospitality industry and is dedicated to providing their clients with the best possible experience.

Jane Sanderson's educational career includes completing a HND in Hotel Catering Management from Westminster College and also attending Wadham School Crewkerne.

They work with and Gregg Brown - Director of Training. Their manager is Chris Moore, CEO.
