Denise Friedman has been working in customer service management since 2002. Denise began their career at Woodstock Farms, where they served as a Customer Service Manager and was responsible for customer experience, negotiations, and team management. In 2011, they joined Gregory Packaging, Inc. in the same role, and their responsibilities included customer satisfaction, customer relations, and customer retention. From 2016 to 2020, they worked at Muuna in the same capacity, again focusing on customer satisfaction, customer relations, and customer retention. Most recently, they have been working as a Customer Service Manager at Clio Snacks.
