Rafael Rodas

Rafael Rodas has over two decades of work experience in various industries. Rafael is currently the Chief Operating Officer at Clio Snacks, starting in March 2022. Prior to that, they held the role of Vice President, Operations, Supply Chain, and IT at a top-tier digital-native eCommerce seller from 2020 to 2021. Before that, they served as the Vice President of Operations at SodaStream International, Ltd. from 2018 to 2020 and at Bulbrite Industries from 2016 to 2018. Additionally, they worked at Alpargatas S.A. as the Director of eCommerce & Retail and Director of Operations from 2013 to 2016. Earlier in their career, Rafael was the General Manager and Founder/Owner of TRG, LLC from 2008 to 2013. Rafael also gained experience in operations strategy and supply chain management consulting at New York Consulting Partners (NYCP) from 2000 to 2008. Rafael started their career as an Information Associate at Hewlett Packard Enterprise in 1999 and worked in industrial engineering at UPS from 1997 to 1999.

Rafael Rodas has completed their education at Columbia Business School, where they earned an MBA with a focus on Management and Finance. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial & Systems Engineering from Rutgers University. In addition to their formal education, Rafael has obtained multiple certifications in various fields. Rafael has completed the MITx MicroMasters™ Programs in Supply Chain Technology and Systems, Supply Chain Dynamics, Supply Chain Design, Supply Chain Fundamentals, and Supply Chain Analytics. Rafael is also a certified Platform Strategist through Section4 and has completed a course in Strategy from the same institution. Furthermore, they have completed online courses in Data Science, including R Basics and Visualization, offered by HarvardX - An Online Learning Initiative by Harvard University through edX.
