Alex Shipillo is the current VP of Growth Marketing at Clio. Prior to joining Clio, Alex served as the Director of Demand Generation at Influitive and as Lead Marketer at Pressly.
At Helpful, Alex was the first non-product employee and helped the company secure funding from top-tier Silicon Valley investors. Alex was responsible for developing the company website, messaging, product marketing, and product demos. Alex also led positioning experimentation and drove leads from Fortune 500 companies via Facebook and LinkedIn ads.
Helpful was acquired by Shopify in 2017. At Influitive, Alex oversaw all demand generation initiatives and led a team of marketers. Alex successfully grew Influitive's customer base by 400% in two years. At Pressly, Alex was responsible for driving awareness and adoption of Pressly's content marketing platform through a variety of channels, including content creation, thought leadership, and speaking engagements.
