Bukola Adeyoyin has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Starting in 2018, they worked as a Legal Assistant at the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission's FOI department. In 2019, they transitioned to customer service roles, first at Millennium 1 Solutions and later at TD Bank as a Customer Service Representative. Bukola excelled in providing excellent customer support, meeting sales targets, and resolving customer complaints. In 2020, Bukola returned to Millennium 1 Solutions as a Customer Service Representative, where they maintained strong customer relationships and handled escalations efficiently. In 2021, they joined Switch Health as a Customer Experience Associate. Currently, they are working as a Customer Support Specialist at Clio, a cloud-based legal technology company, where they handle inbound and outbound calls, chats, and emails to support customers and ensure an exceptional customer experience. Bukola is knowledgeable about Clio's features and functionalities, troubleshoots issues, and collaborates with the internal support team for effective problem resolution.
Bukola Adeyoyin completed their LL.B. in Law from Obafemi Awolowo University, where they studied from 2008 to 2013. Bukola then attended the Nigerian Law School from 2014 to 2015, obtaining their B.L. degree. In 2016, they pursued their Master of Laws (LLM) with a specialization in Oil and Gas Law from Robert Gordon University, completing it in 2017.
In addition to their formal education, Bukola Adeyoyin obtained several certifications. In 2016, they became an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators. Bukola also obtained a Verified International Academic Qualifications certification from the World Education Services (WES) in September 2019. Most recently, in October 2022, they obtained the NCA Certificate of Qualification, equivalent to a J.D., from the National Committee on Accreditation and the Federation of Law Societies of Canada.
