Chrl Stephanie Ferruccio

Stephanie Ferruccio, CHRL has extensive work experience in the field of human resources. Stephanie started their career as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Investors Group in January 2016 and worked there until August 2016. In September 2016, they joined GroupM as an HR Generalist and held that position until September 2019. During their time at GroupM, Stephanie gained valuable experience in various areas of HR. In September 2019, Stephanie joined Clio - Cloud-Based Legal Technology as a People Business Partner. Stephanie was promoted to the role of Senior People Business Partner in September 2022 and is currently in that position. Stephanie has demonstrated their expertise in HR throughout their career and continues to contribute to the success of their current organization.

Stephanie Ferruccio, CHRL, has an Honours Bachelor of Arts degree in Social Psychology from McMaster University. Stephanie also holds an Ontario College Graduate Certificate in Human Resources Management from Sheridan College. Stephanie has obtained several additional certifications, including the CHRL (Certified Human Resources Leader) from HRPA (Human Resources Professionals Association) in November 2021. Stephanie also holds certifications in Mental Health First Aid (Standard) from the Mental Health Commission of Canada, HR as a Business Partner from LinkedIn, and CHRP (Certified Human Resources Professional) from HRPA in March 2017.
