Helen Cheng, CPTD, has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Helen is currently an Instructional Designer, Customer Success at Clio, where they design and builds learning experiences for customers and collaborates with stakeholders to enhance the overall customer experience. Prior to this, they worked as an Instructional Designer at Visier Inc. In their role, they focused on creating effective instructional materials.

Helen also has experience as a Learning and Development Specialist at Ritchie Bros., where they contributed to the successful delivery of various initiatives. Helen worked closely with a team to create innovative learning solutions, align training objectives with strategic goals, and develop a career development program.

Before that, Helen was a Learning and Content Specialist at Earls Kitchen + Bar, where they led the redesign and rollout of a management training program and collaborated with stakeholders to design in-person courses and online modules.

Helen obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Human Resources Management and Services from Simon Fraser University. Helen further pursued professional development in Advanced Instructional Design from Oregon State University through their Professional and Continuing Education program. Additionally, they completed an Extension Certificate in Curriculum Development & Instructional Design from Mount Royal University.

To enhance their expertise in educational technology, Helen attained a Certificate in E-Learning Design from the University of Toronto, specializing in Educational/Instructional Technology. Furthermore, they engaged in part-time studies at the British Columbia Institute of Technology, focusing on Professional, Technical, Business, and Scientific Writing.

To broaden their knowledge and skills, Helen Cheng earned a Certificate in Health & Fitness, specializing in Biomedical Physiology & Kinesiology, from Simon Fraser University.
