Customer Onboarding Team Lead at Clio

Haley Baudat has a diverse work experience in the fields of legal technology, accounting, customer care, and education. Haley started their career in 2013 as an English Language Assistant for Académie de Nantes. In 2014, they joined LUSH FRESH HANDMADE COSMETICS North America as a Bilingual Customer Care Representative, where they responded to customer inquiries and eventually became part of the training team.

Haley then transitioned to Bench Accounting in 2017, starting as an Accounting Associate, where they managed bookkeeping records for small to medium-sized businesses. Haley later moved into the role of an Onboarding Specialist, excelling in account management and guiding clients through the onboarding process.

In 2019, they joined Clio - Cloud-Based Legal Technology, first as a Customer Onboarding Specialist and, later on, as an Intermediate Customer Onboarding Specialist. Currently, they hold the position of Customer Onboarding Team Lead at Clio. The specific dates for their roles at Clio are not provided. Throughout their career, Haley has demonstrated strong communication skills and an ability to understand and address customer needs.

Haley Baudat pursued a User Experience Design Certificate from BrainStation in 2017. Prior to that, they attended Simon Fraser University from 2008 to 2013, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in French Studies.
