Jocelyn O'Neill has a diverse work experience in event management and partnerships. Jocelyn started their career as an Events Intern at Diamond Integrated Marketing in 2016. Later that year, they joined StackAdapt as an Events Coordinator, where they worked until 2018. At StackAdapt, Jocelyn gained experience in coordinating various events. In 2018, they moved to TORQUE Strategies as a Coordinator, Partnerships & Client Service, where they worked until 2020. During their time at TORQUE Strategies, they focused on partnership management and client service coordination. Since 2020, Jocelyn has been working at Clio - Cloud-Based Legal Technology, initially as an Event and Partnership Specialist. Jocelyn then progressed to the role of Virtual Events Manager and, most recently, as Senior Virtual Events Manager. Jocelyn's work at Clio involves managing virtual events and partnerships for the company.

Jocelyn O'Neill started their education at West Vancouver Secondary School, where they studied from 2006 to 2011. After completing their secondary education, they went on to pursue a Bachelor of Management degree in Business Management at Dalhousie University from 2011 to 2015. In 2014, they also took part in some history electives at the University of Glasgow. Jocelyn furthered their education by obtaining a Post Graduate Certificate in Event Management from Humber College from 2015 to 2016.
