Karan Patel has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Karan started their career at Royaltie Corp. in 2017 as a Customer Support Agent, providing customer service and technical support for marketing devices. Karan also managed client's back office systems and handled affiliate and billing errors. In 2017, they moved on to Givex, where they worked as a Client Services Account Manager and later as a Team Lead. Karan then transitioned to a System Administrator role in the IT department. In 2020, Karan joined Rogers Communications as a Technical Support Consultant, providing technical assistance to customers. Currently, they are working at Clio - Cloud-Based Legal Technology as an Intermediate Customer Support Specialist.
