Lily Nguyen

Lily Nguyen has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Lily currently holds the position of Business Intelligence Analyst at Clio, a cloud-based legal technology company, where they lead the efforts to improve user experience on the Looker instance. In this role, they have developed a project plan to address pain points and enhance the platform.

Prior to their current role, Lily worked at Vancouver Coastal Health starting in 2017. Lily initially served as a Junior Decision Support Advisor, contributing to the organization's data analysis and reporting activities. Later, they took on the role of Medical Quality Data Advisor, collaborating with physicians from various service areas to improve clinical practice and patient experience through data analysis. Lily played a crucial role in responding to the COVID-19 pandemic and was involved in defining metrics, creating dashboards, and providing data-driven insights.

Before Vancouver Coastal Health, Lily briefly worked at Correvio Pharma Corp as a Document Assistant in 2017. Lily also gained experience as a Sales Associate at Michael's Arts and Crafts Store from 2016 to 2017.
