Md Sharzil Samad has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Md Sharzil started their career in 2007 as a Network Engineer at F1 IT, where they were responsible for setting up and maintaining LAN networks during gaming events. In 2011, they joined Huawei Technologies (BD) Ltd. as a BSS Engineer, where they handled installations, configuration, and integration of 2G/GSM wireless networks. Md Sharzil later transitioned to the role of WNR Engineer, focusing on 3G UMTS wireless network operations.
In 2016, Md Sharzil Samad joined Rogers Communications as a Technical Service Consultant and later assumed the position of Technical Service Leader in the Center of Excellence. Md Sharzil worked as a Fraud Analyst from November 2020 to May 2021.
More recently, they joined Clio - Cloud-Based Legal Technology in 2021. Md Sharzil first worked as a Customer Onboarding Specialist, conducting strategy and training sessions and ensuring customers are effectively introduced to Clio's suite of products. In 2022, they were promoted to Intermediate Customer Onboarding Specialist, taking ownership of the entire customer lifecycle and facilitating successful post-ownership experiences.
Throughout their career, Md Sharzil Samad has demonstrated a strong ability to provide technical support, deliver training, and drive customer success.
Md Sharzil Samad attended North South University from 2006 to 2010, where they completed their B. Sc. in Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering with a focus on Telecommunication.
