Director of Software Engineering at Clip Automation

Manoj Betawar has an extensive work experience in software engineering and technology. Manoj started their career in 1995 at SAP as a Senior Software Developer. In 1998, they co-founded Sapphire Software Inc. and served as the Chief Technology Officer. In 1999, they co-founded OrderCare and served as the Chief Technology Officer. In 2001, they co-founded Sapphire Automation and Sapphire InfoTech and served as the Chief Technology Officer for both. In 2022, they joined Clip Automation as the Director of Software Engineering. During their career, they have conceived and implemented the Sapphire Automation Framework (SAFW) platform, created and implemented TestSmart automation solutions, delivered hosted software for managing exceptions in the last mile of customer care, designed and developed a patented offline recipe editor, and originated and delivered the GUIAPI interface for SAP R3 with Tools and Components Group.

Manoj Betawar attended the Government College of Engineering, Karad from 1982 to 1986, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering. Manoj then attended the Veermata Jijabai Technical Institute (VJTI) from 1987 to 1989, where they earned a Master's degree in Electrical Engineering. In 2001, they attended the University of California, Santa Cruz, where they completed the Leadership and Management Program for Technology Professionals (LAMP), focusing on Leadership and Program Management.
