Armando Areias started their work experience as an Account Manager at Agência Iris in 2007. Armando then worked as a Strategy and Planning Analyst at GAD Brivia from 2009 to 2010. Following that, they joined AG2 Publicis Modem as a Senior Planner, where they were responsible for clients such as Bradesco and Bradesco Credit Cards. In 2012, they moved to Isobar, where they held several roles including Senior Strategic Planning Manager and Senior Business Intelligence Manager, leading teams and delivering strategic information for clients. From 2016 to 2018, Armando worked at Sapient AG2 as the Strategy and Data Intelligence Director, overseeing the strategic planning, social, and data intelligence departments. Armando then joined Google as a Brand Product Strategist at BrandLab. In 2018, Armando joined Banco Original as an Executive Marketing Manager. Armando later moved on to PicPay as the Growth Marketing Director and later became the Marketing Director. Armando then joined Banco next in 2021, where they initially served as the Head of Marketing and later as the Chief Client Officer. Currently, Armando Areias holds the position of Chief Marketing Officer at Clip since April 2023.
Armando Areias completed their Masterclass in company at Hiper Island in 2016. Prior to that, from 2007 to 2009, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing at FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas. Armando's education history also includes a Graduation degree in Social Communication, Advertising, and Propaganda from AESO, which they obtained from 2002 to 2005.
