Kento Croft is a Junior Software Engineer at Clipboard since October 2022, with prior experience as a Research Assistant at UNSW’s Pancreatic Cancer Transitional Research Group from July 2018 to August 2019. Kento's responsibilities included the monitoring and processing of pancreatic cancer mouse models, as well as conducting molecular cell biology analyses. As an Honours student at the Children's Cancer Institute from December 2016 to December 2017, Kento gained expertise in molecular techniques, including CRISPR transduction and flow cytometry, while maintaining various cell cultures. Earlier lab experience includes an internship at the Garvan Institute of Medical Research, where Kento developed skills in cell culture and gene integration techniques. Kento holds a Master of Information Technology focused on Computer Software Engineering and a Bachelor of Advanced Science (Honours) in Cell/Cellular and Molecular Biology, both from UNSW.
