Matthias Pahnke

Matthias Pahnke has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and companies. Matthias began their career at Gleiss Lutz as an Associate from May 2007 to June 2008. Matthias then moved on to work at Procter & Gamble as a Rechtsanwalt - Legal Counsel from August 2008 to March 2011. Following this, Matthias worked at Draeger as a Rechtsanwalt - Legal Counsel from April 2011 to March 2014. Matthias then joined Ehler, Ermer & Partner as a Rechtsanwalt from April 2014 to March 2016. Matthias then worked at FRS – Fast Reliable Seaways as the Director of Tax, Legal, and Insurance from January 2017 to October 2019. Matthias then took on roles at FRS Clipper, starting as Chief Administration Officer for Clipper (a FRS company) from September 2019 to July 2020. Matthias later became the CEO of Clipper Canada from September 2019 to April 2022. Matthias also served as the CFO of FRS Clipper from February 2021 to April 2022. Currently, Matthias holds the position of CEO of FRS Clipper since April 2022. Additionally, they also have experience working as a Rechtsanwalt at their own firm, Pahnke Rechtsanwalt, starting from April 2016.

Matthias Pahnke completed their Abitur from Gymnasium Elmschenhagen, between the years 1986 and 1995. Later, they pursued a State Exam in Law from Friedrich Schiller University Jena, and graduated in the period of 1998 to 2003. In addition to their formal education, Matthias Pahnke obtained the certification of Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) from the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners (ACFE) in November 2016.
