Carina Tripodi has held various roles in the field of customer service and project management. Carina began their career in 2011 at Farfetch as a Senior Customer Service Representative, then a Customer Service Advisor, and finally an Account Manager Assistant. In 2014, they were promoted to Head of Customer Service for B&W, Global CS Project Manager, and CS Global Training Manager. In 2019, they moved to Clippings, where they held the roles of Head of Brands Partnerships and Head of Procurement and Project Management.
Carina Tripodi obtained a Bachelor's Degree in International Relations and Affairs from Universidade do Minho in 2008, having started their studies in 2005.
