Stefan Matz

Stefan Matz is a seasoned culinary professional currently serving as Group Executive Chef for both The iNua Collection and Cliste Hospitality since August 2019, while also directing Stefan Matz Catering Consultancy, which offers executive chef services, training, recruitment, and food photography since November 2016. Prior to these roles, Stefan Matz was the Executive Chef at Delphi Adventure Resort in Connemara, Ireland from January 2015 to December 2016, and held the same title at Ashford Castle from June 2003 to January 2015. Stefan Matz's educational background includes studies at the Galway-Mayo Institute of Technology, Catering College Immenstadt in Germany from 1986 to 1988, and the Universitaet Trier from 1985 to 1986.
