Danielle Miller

Danielle Miller is a seasoned experience strategist with extensive expertise in user experience design and technology consultancy. Currently serving as the Principal Experience Strategist at Clockwork since October 2023, Danielle previously held the role of XD Team Lead at 10up and returned to Clockwork in various capacities from April 2018 to June 2023. Throughout a diverse career, Danielle has worked with clients across multiple industries to develop digital strategies, conduct user research, create wireframes, and lead workshops. Notably, Danielle contributed as Program Director on the UXPA Minnesota board and has held usability and information architecture roles at companies such as Hallmark Business Connections and Capella University. Danielle holds a Bachelor's degree in Public Relations and Media Production from the University of Minnesota and an d.MBA, complemented by training from the Nielsen Norman Group in usability.
