Rob Vinciullo

Rob Vinciullo has extensive experience in human resources, working in various roles and companies. Rob started their career in 2010 as a Learning and Development Coordinator at Societe Generale. In 2012, they joined Arthur J. Gallagher International as an HR Advisor and later became a Senior HR Advisor. From 2015 to 2015, they worked as a Senior HR Advisor on a contract basis at both Gordon Ramsay Group and Findmypast. In 2016, Rob joined Michael Page as an HR Business Partner. Rob then moved to Close Brothers Asset Management in 2017, where they held the roles of HR Business Partner and Lead HR Business Partner, with their current role starting in February 2022.

Rob Vinciullo obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Psychology from The University of Western Australia, completing their education between 2005 and 2008. Following this, they pursued a Postgraduate Diploma in Human Resources from Curtin University, which they completed between 2009 and 2010.
