Laura Turnbull has worked in the customer service industry for over five years. Laura started their career in 2015 with the National Basketball Association (NBA) as a Content Development Intern. In 2016, they moved to Monumental Sports & Entertainment as an Account Executive, Inside Sales. In 2017, they joined the Washington Capitals as a Membership Services Manager. In 2019, they began working with the Milwaukee Bucks Inc. as a Premium Service Account Manager. In 2021, they joined Hopin as an Enterprise Customer Success Manager and Enterprise Renewals Manager. Laura is currently employed with Close as a Customer Success Manager.
