Sarah Sybor Whitelock

Sarah Sybor Whitelock has extensive experience in customer success and account management across multiple organizations. Currently serving as the Customer Success Lead at CloseKnit since June 2023, Sarah previously worked as a Consultant Relations Advisor at CareFirst BlueCross BlueShield from April 2017 to June 2023. Additional roles include serving as an Election Judge for the Baltimore County Board of Elections from January 2010 to June 2023, and holding various account management positions at companies such as Kaiser Permanente, Evergreen Health, and Coventry Health Care. Sarah has also contributed to the Worldwide Employee Benefits Network as a Board Member from August 2018 to July 2021. Educational qualifications include studies at Catonsville Community College.
