Katie Steele Capuzzo

Katie Steele Capuzzo has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Katie currently serves as the General Manager at WISE, a division of CloserIQ that focuses on developing female sales leaders. Prior to this, they held multiple positions at CloserIQ, including Head of People Strategy, Sales Enablement Manager, Senior Talent Advisor, and Talent Advisor. Before joining CloserIQ, Katie worked at The King's College, where they served as the Housing Director, Director of Student Services, and Assistant Director of Conferences and Events. Katie also gained experience at FEED Projects as a Marketing Coordinator, Executive Assistant, Office Manager, and Intern. With a strong background in sales, talent strategy, and event management, Katie brings a well-rounded skillset to their current role at WISE.

Katie Steele Capuzzo earned their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Fashion Merchandising from The University of Alabama, where they studied from 2009 to 2013.
