Traci Morrison

Traci Morrison has over 25 years of professional experience in the financial services industry. Traci began their career in 1994 as the Chief Underwriter at Equitrust Mortgage Company. In 2000, they moved to Flagstar Bank as a Project Manager, where they provided oversight and direction to IT vendors to ensure delivery commitments and status aligned with program milestones. In 2011, they joined RealEC Technologies as a Product Manager, where they were responsible for managing the product roadmap, user story development and shepherding products through both agile and waterfall development methodologies to ensure timely delivery. In 2015, they moved to Talmer West Bank as a Senior Project Manager. In 2016, they became the Delivery Manager at Entrega. In 2017, they joined ClosingCorp as the Senior Director of Project Management. Currently, they are the SVP, PMO Director at Sunflower Bank, N.A.

Traci Morrison is currently studying at Purdue University in the School of Business & Management Sciences. In addition, they hold a Certified ScrumMaster® (CSM®) certification from the Scrum Alliance, obtained in January of 2022, as well as a Project Management Professional certification from the Project Management Institute, obtained in December of 2007.
