Sushma Patel Zoellner

Sushma Patel Zoellner has had a long and successful career in the tech industry. Sushma began their career in 2002 as a Software Engineer for IBM's Tivoli Application Dependency Discovery Manager (TADDM) Development Team, Software Engineer for Tivoli Data Warehouse (TDW) / IBM Tivoli Monitoring (ITM) Development Team, Software Engineer for Tivoli Globalization Tools and Technology Team, and Technical Resource for IBM Extreme Blue Project. In 2008, they moved to StoredIQ as a Sr. Sales Engineer / Product Liaison. In 2011, they became a Product Manager at Tippr. From 2012 to 2016, they worked as Director of Product Management at Bloomfire. In 2016, they became Vice President of Product at Snap Kitchen. In 2018, they joined H-E-B as Vice President of Digital Product and Sr Director of Product. In 2022, they founded Kultivation and became its CEO, and also became a Member of Chief. Finally, in 2023, they became Chief Product Officer at Closinglock.

Sushma Patel Zoellner has completed a Digital Transformation Strategy program at Harvard Business School Executive Education and the University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business in 2019. Sushma also holds an MS in Commercialization of Science and Technology from The University of Texas at Austin, which they obtained in 2006. Her undergraduate degree is a BS in Computer Science, which they obtained from The University of Texas at Austin in 2002.
