Fred Teti, PMP has extensive work experience in project management and operations. Fred is currently the Director Project Management Office at the NYS Department of Health, where they lead a team of PMs and BAs in managing a portfolio of 40-50 projects. Fred'sresponsibilities include ensuring adherence to PM processes, prioritizing projects, and providing updates to agency executives. Fred also serves as the PM for the Institutional Knowledge Steering Committee.
Prior to this role, Fred worked as the Director of Operations at Cloud and Things, where they managed various aspects of the business operations, including product resell, team management, and proposal review. Fred also provided project management support and guidance for company-run projects.
From 2013 to 2021, Fred served as the ITS Director, DOL Business Solutions at the NYS Office of Information Technology Services. In this role, they oversaw the development and support of applications for the NYS Department of Labor, managing a diverse portfolio of legacy and open systems applications.
Before that, Fred held the position of IT Applications Director at the NYS Office of Temporary & Disability Assistance from 2005 to 2013. Fred managed the agency's Case Management and Enterprise Content Management product lines, which included multiple resources, systems, projects, and vendor contracts.
Early in their career, Fred worked at the New York State Department of Labor, first as the PMO Director from 2004 to 2005 and then as the Manager of IT from 1998 to 2004.

Fred Teti, PMP completed their Associate of Arts and Sciences (AAS) degree in Computer Science from Mohawk Valley Community College between 1981 and 1983. Subsequently, they pursued a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Computer Science from SUNY Institute of Technology Utica/Rome, which they obtained between 1983 and 1985.
